My Filipino friend suggested we attend Fusion’s interest meeting. I thought why not, they have food. When we walked in I could immediately tell that the people were very friendly. The eboard members had lots of charisma and such great personalities.

I learned that fusion stood for Filipinos uniting other nations to put it simply. Some Members of the eboard weren’t even Filipino so it was obvious everyone was welcome. We played a game and the winner got to get food first. It allowed me to interact with the people there and make new connections. Overall, I concluded that the environment was very friendly and the people there were very down to earth. I could see myself going to future events involving this club due to the personalities of the members. They’re all very welcoming and friendly and we even ended up having dinner at Taco Bell Thursday night with some of the members of the club. Definitely an environment I could see myself being a part of!
