1) The system I use to decide what I will do each day is a “next actions list”. This is the system I have used all of my life. I have a weekly planner that I use. I prefer this planner than an actual list because I can see which days I need to get things done on. I can also see the deadlines I have for assignments when using my planner. My system has been working out for me pretty good so I feel comfortable with it.
2) I prefer to use only a “next actions list” in my planner. I would not like to transition to any other self management system. I feel like this one is reliable and self sufficient. The reason I like using my planners is because I am able to see dates visually. Although the monthly calendar system has this, I prefer my method.
