  1. Dear Matt,
    These are good secondary sources. Just remember with the Briggs that you will need to read a chapter of the Briggs that was not assigned in class. You can use the assigned readings too, but must read at least one additional chapter. The U.S Tax Imperialism book also looks good. Is there a specific chapter that you plan to read from that book?
