After the death of his beloved pet, Lou Hawthorne decided to bring his dog back to life through cloning. This is by no means a simple procedure. According to scientists, dogs are among the most difficult mammals to clone. Its no surprise then, how Hawthorne tried to sell copies of Missy to bidders who agreed to pay anywhere from $130,000 to $170,000. Interestingly, these copies are not a hundred percent identical to Missy. According to Hawthorne and his family members, physical and behavioral traits vary to some extent. Who would have thought?
