This article gave a great explanation of graphic design. Even as a potential graphic designer, I never really looked at graphic designing as a form of problem solving, which a huge majority of it. Graphic design is also the biggest form of communication (visual and textual) around the world and has been around forever. All over the earth there are different forms of graphic design communication in all different forms. From ads on a taxi to commercials on tv, to books and magazine to a informational visual or graphic. There are so many different types that keep us all connected in some level no matter what cultural or so on.

Graphic Design is a field that I dream to be apart of one day, unfortunately I do not know exactly what field of it that I want to go into yet. After reading the part of the article “Design Jobs”, seeing all of the different types of titles for some of them (and getting a little overwhelmed), my question is how does one figure our where the should be in the design world? Of course one has to start from the bottom and work their way up the chain but as what? I for one, love animation and visual stuff so looking into exploring my talents and finding my own styling in these two fields could lead me the to the potential dream career in graphic design.
