Problem:

The problem that I came up with was laundry. Although laundry may be seen as a simple and straightforward task, the number one problem is that it’s time consuming. Laundry is a process that requires you to pay attention to time and it takes up a lot of time. On average it takes a little over an hour to be done. With all this time I usually listen to music and try something that makes time go by quickly. Oftentimes, I’d much rather be doing something. Since laundry is a hands-on task, I’ve always wondered if there was a quicker and most efficient way to get done without having to be there physically.

Solution:

Nowadays smartphones and smart homes are often seen. So I thought why not a Smart Laundry. This would make laundry less time consuming for many. Smart Laundry would be a combination of 3 in 1, washing, drying and folding. Rather than having you complete this task, the machines would do the washing and drying, meanwhile other equipment would fold the clothes. Not only would you have laundry done, but you would complete two tasks at once. Instead of dedicating an hour to laundry, you could be getting other work done at the same time. If this were to exist, I think it would be time for many and laundry would no longer be seen as time consuming.
