Summary
In the past few years, there has been a huge surge in the development of luxury buildings being built in Hackensack, NJ. Does this developmental surge help to put downtown Hackensack on the map or does it push local residents out of the place they've deemed home. What does the surge do for the small businesses that are being pushed out as the rents are forcing them to close up shop and on the flip side, will it help the new business to flourish. This will involve me speaking to residents, of the town, business owners that have survived the shift and anyone that may have noticed the shifts as well.
