“Enjoy a summer night with friends and relatives at the beach!!! Featuring the full moon”
Before promoting the music festivals my team and I decided to plan things ahead of time by using an event planning checklist. By using an event planning checklist we were able to determine what to do and setting up dates to be organized. We also did background research and came up with solutions to common problems when planning an outdoor event. Next we developed a budget so we visualize how much mom are we saving and spending. Now promoting the music festival wasn’t that hard as it seem. By using the social media we are able to spread the news with people from all ages more effectively. We also partner up with local companies and sponsors to gain more money while promoting their logos. It’s beneficial because while we display their logos, we get to display the news in their companies. We also contacted influencers such as King Bach, David Dobrik, Liza Koshy, to promote the music festival in their YouTube and other social media to spread the news I exchange of free vip tickets to the festivals. We also include in our social media giveaways and promotional items to the audiences to encourage them to participate for free tickets, backstage passes, or merchandises. These are plans for marketing the music festival.
By using social media it will enhance the promotion of the moon festival. Additional bringing people from different background together with the power of music. By advertising the moon festival it will engage people of all ages and increase sales. Spending quality time with friends or family at the beach and making wonderful memories. Creating some sort of trust and good communication between teammates and audiences. Building relationships with sponsors and creating a giving a ways or special offers to attract the audiences
Mission Statement:
The music festival is a nonprofit organization that brings people from different backgrounds to celebrate the power of music. Uniting individuals as one. The enjoyment and the pleasure of music is an unforgettable experience that will stay with you forever and having a small impact in some way. From awesome activities to authentic foods. Music is a language that can communicate with everyone freely while enhancing self discovery.
