We have two e-book collections from APA on their PsycNET platform (not to be confused with PsycINFO and PsycARTICLES, which on are EBSCOhost) that are for the moment only available on campus. On Monday, APA launched a new interface for PsycNET and, predictably, it broke something major for all their customers. APA is looking into why off campus access is broken. It may take them a few days to figure out how EZproxy needs to be configured with the new interface, so it may not be until early next week that we can restore off campus access.

New Ebook Collection from the APA
We now have access to the ebook editions of all the handbooks published by the American Psychological Association. As soon as we can get the MARC records for each title loaded into the catalog, you’ll be able to find them when doing searches in the catalog. Until then, you can go to the APA Books listing on the databases page and run searches there for them (once you click that APA Books link, you’re taken to the APA PsycNET interface, where you can find the handbooks and all the other ebooks we get from the APA).
New database added: APA e-books
We have purchased all e-books published by APA from 2001 to 2010. They are now available by going to our database list. MARC records will be eventually loaded into the catalog as well. Enjoy!
