PolicyMap is a fully web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) and mapping company. It’s fast, efficient and captures data in visually powerful ways through custom demographic maps, tables, reports and our analysis tool, Analytics. Companies can even use our GIS mapping services to easily incorporate your own data and leverage it against the thousands of indicators already available in PolicyMap. Available data includes demographics, home sale statistics, health data, mortgage trends, school performance scores and labor data like unemployment, crime statistics and city crime rates.

Trial to ProQuest International Datasets

Database description (from the vendor)

ProQuest International Datasets is a data visualization product with a collection of public and private datasets from national governments, international organizations, and economic research firms. The product offers unrivaled access to social and economic data, at both the national and sub-national level. Once you have found the data you want to use you can quickly create a chart and export it in the format of your choice.

Most of the data is in deep-time series. Country-level data is generally 35 years deep; city-level data generally contains 15-20.

Users can also take advantage of the Upload Content feature to upload their own datasets for use.

First published by Oscar K. Buros, the MMY series allows users to make knowledgeable judgments and informed selection decisions about the increasingly complex world of testing. MMY provides coverage from Volume 9 to the present. MMY via EBSCOhost now includes the MMY Archive providing all yearbooks from the first edition in 1938, through the 18th yearbook released in 2010 raising the total number of full-text reviews available on the product to over 7,000.
