Frank Stitt opened the Highlands Bar and Grill way back in 1982. Now how as this restaurant survived so many years while many around its grittier neighborhoods have gone out of business? This is due to the restaurants unique service style which is exactly the same as it was 30 years ago. It did not choose to follow the new trends of serving which is popular today but to continue its traditions. While the menu had to change a little bit to keep relevant with the times, the rest of the feel of the 80s remained with  this dashing little establishment, which i hope means another 100 years of success!
