One57

The most impressive buildings along Billionaires’ Row remains to be One57. This modern architectural wonder has been a bright spot on the New York City skyline since 2014. It consists of 92 residential units on top of the Hyatt Hotel flagship location.

The ultra-luxury theme of the building was what started the moniker of Billionaires’ Row and then subsequent developments of luxurious structures solidified the name. It employs a modern architectural style, with Christian de Portzamparc being the grand architect of the project.

Its gleaming glass windows and blue aura gives its a modern feeling and symbol of wealth in Midtown. Residents can enjoy the full, affluent experience with amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, concierge, and full-time doorman. One57 residents also enjoy unique views of Central Park. If you have ever owned a Dell computer, the creator of Dell owns a residence at One57. Images of this magnificent structure are shown below.

520 Park Avenue

In another series of Billionaires’ Row, I present to you 520 Park Avenue. It was completed in 2018. The architect on the project was Robert A.M. Stern.

This project consists of 35 apartments and employs New Classical architecture. It’s truly an amazing addition to the New York City skyline, also being the tallest buildings in the Upper East Side. Residents enjoy amenities such as an outside garden, private movie theater, swimming pool, wine cellars, and a fitness center. The photos of the project have been included below.

220 Central Park South

One of the most ostentatious signs of wealth in New York City is Billionaires’ Row. It got its name from the numerous, ultra-luxury residential buildings that are located along Central Park. The residents of these buildings are known to be uber rich individuals. Billionaires’ Row was constructed within the past decade.

The marvelous structure featured in this post is 220 Central Park South. It was completed and ready for occupation in 2019. The building adopted a New Classical architectural design, which has origins in Europe. This structure differs from the other buildings on Billionaires’ Row because its exterior does not consist of glass.

The project is a masterpiece from the designer Robert A.M. Stern. The main feature of the building is its unobstructed, grand view of Central Park. Residents will enjoy Juliet balconies, set-back terraces, and ornamental metalwork. Photos of the structure are included below.

35 Hudson Yards

There has been buzz around the Hudson Yards project in New York City for some time. After numerous failed attempts to develop the former rail site, Related Companies finally was able to win the bid from the MTA and construct a beauty in the sky.

The beauty in the sky is located at 35 Hudson Yards. This project represents a futuristic city. Its gleaming exterior is a shining light in the center of Hudson Yards. My previous posts analyze residential towers but this building is unique. Not only does it consists of residential condominiums, but it also contains a hotel and some office space.

The interior finishes are nothing short of magnificent. Kitchen counter are made of marble and quartzite graces the bathroom surfaces. Floorplans throughout the tower are spacious and high ceilings were a focus in the construction. Breathtaking views from the condominiums provide a sense of tranquility for residents.

Residents can experience the full lavish lifestyle with amenities such as a hot tub, valet, concierge, gym, swimming pool, and an outdoor deck. Wonderful photos depicting this project can be found below.

432 Park Avenue

If you haven’t noticed recently, a new skyscraper has been added to the New York City skyline. It is an absolute beauty. Built in 2015 and located in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Rafael Vinolye, the structure embodies modern architecture. The building consists of residential condominiums. Adding to its historic standing, it is the third tallest residential building in the world.

Natural light shines throughout the buildings and provides amazing views of the city’s scenic skyline, including Central Park. The interior was designed by Deborah Berke and offers premium features that provides an extremely valuable experience for residents.

The residences have views from the kitchen and living room, stainless steel appliances, and marble countertops and floors. The residents share building amenities such as a swimming pool, movie theater, fitness center, spa, game room, conference venue, children’s playroom and in-suite dining experiences. This building provides the full luxury experience.

One Thousand Museum

One Thousand Museum is a luxury, high-rise residential building located in Miami that was constructed in 2019. It is famous for its complex exoskeleton structure. Celebrities have been attracted to its premiere condominium designs as well as world class amenities. This structure embodies futuristic design. The architecture is credited to the late Zaha Hadid. She was a Pulitzer-prize winning architect that has projects in New York City, London, Rome, Beijing, and now Miami.

When people think of art, typically what comes to mind are the pieces we see in a museum. However, I consider real estate architecture and design to be the most unique art form there is. An architect envisions a space that is brought to reality where people make valuable use of it, whether it be for work space or living space. A premium is placed on creativity and grandeur when constructing new development buildings.

Attached below are images of the structure. This is a world-class piece of art. It surely will win awards over its scenery.
