One of the most ostentatious signs of wealth in New York City is Billionaires’ Row. It got its name from the numerous, ultra-luxury residential buildings that are located along Central Park. The residents of these buildings are known to be uber rich individuals. Billionaires’ Row was constructed within the past decade.
The marvelous structure featured in this post is 220 Central Park South. It was completed and ready for occupation in 2019. The building adopted a New Classical architectural design, which has origins in Europe. This structure differs from the other buildings on Billionaires’ Row because its exterior does not consist of glass.
The project is a masterpiece from the designer Robert A.M. Stern. The main feature of the building is its unobstructed, grand view of Central Park. Residents will enjoy Juliet balconies, set-back terraces, and ornamental metalwork. Photos of the structure are included below.
