There has been buzz around the Hudson Yards project in New York City for some time. After numerous failed attempts to develop the former rail site, Related Companies finally was able to win the bid from the MTA and construct a beauty in the sky.
The beauty in the sky is located at 35 Hudson Yards. This project represents a futuristic city. Its gleaming exterior is a shining light in the center of Hudson Yards. My previous posts analyze residential towers but this building is unique. Not only does it consists of residential condominiums, but it also contains a hotel and some office space.
The interior finishes are nothing short of magnificent. Kitchen counter are made of marble and quartzite graces the bathroom surfaces. Floorplans throughout the tower are spacious and high ceilings were a focus in the construction. Breathtaking views from the condominiums provide a sense of tranquility for residents.
Residents can experience the full lavish lifestyle with amenities such as a hot tub, valet, concierge, gym, swimming pool, and an outdoor deck. Wonderful photos depicting this project can be found below.
