In another series of Billionaires’ Row, I present to you 520 Park Avenue. It was completed in 2018. The architect on the project was Robert A.M. Stern.
This project consists of 35 apartments and employs New Classical architecture. It’s truly an amazing addition to the New York City skyline, also being the tallest buildings in the Upper East Side. Residents enjoy amenities such as an outside garden, private movie theater, swimming pool, wine cellars, and a fitness center. The photos of the project have been included below.
