Final Reflection of 5985 class

I would like to begin this reflection by saying that this class MGT5985 “Entrepreneurship in the Wild” was a very exciting and unforgettable experience. To be honest, technology was not my strong suit and for me everything was new. But I learned in this class, various technologies for Competitive Landscape, MVP website, Business model Canvas, editing video on Makerhub, Ads on Social Media, and presentation.

I think one of the first challenges of this class was to create a personal website to post all the work and reflections that we have each week as homework. The reading part was very important in Perusall because it helped me to have another perspective on an entrepreneur, ideas, and prototypes. The totally new and difficult part was learning the launching my first MVP by creating my own store website on “WIX website”, after creating my idea we had to transport it to Facebook, one of the most popular social media to run our personal website to make the product look more real.

I think the final part of the class was even more interesting, because we had to present the product idea in a 2-minutes video, and we had to edit it and upload it to YouTube.

To conclude, the autonomous learning mode of this course was very different and incredible since that way helped us to develop as professionals and we had good challenges to learn and make various designs in different programs.

Final Reflection of 4952 class

Final Presentation Project

Well first, I would like to briefly explain about my product in this final project. Everybody know that College life is so hard and stressful. Students does not have time for themselves, not even for eat. So, some of them just go to a class and then to another class, they forgot something important which is how to have a healthy lifestyle. The key is to know how to administrate your time. And here I will share the best solution for this problem.

Well, the idea is to create a website that benefits the time of the students and at the same time have a private personal trainer in Baruch College gym. Without having the need to go out to other places (regular gyms) and paying too much money for membership, monthly fee, wasting your time back and forth. We are a team of 5 personal trainers (students) with the mission to improve your goals.

In 1on1 personal training website

offers personal training (1 to 1), plus how to have a good nutrition and how to have a strong mindset all the time (focus on daily motivation). We will use Freemium Model Software so that students can try the service for a few days for free and then do their routine schedule during the week (weekly payments). The great part of this website is that you will find the section of my workout plan, schedule time, make appointments, cancelations, notifications, and promotions.

  • The value proposition of this product is that students must manage their time, have a healthy lifestyle, and save money.
  • Next, I plan to test this idea on a large scale and stand to edit and refine our landing page in hopes to increase our subscribers, shares, and emails submissions on Baruch student’s social media, Baruch official website, and flyers papers.
  • From here I will start to build our resources database create my final website and partners.

MGT4952 Final Project

Well first, I would like to briefly explain about my product in this final project. We know that there are many people who like to take their morning walks as their daily routine, but we know how difficult it is to go outside in these times of pandemic if you have any disease that makes you more vulnerable to catching it. Or even worse, you do not have much space in your apartment to do your daily exercises. Wait, here is the solution for that, I create a treadmill machine that can be disassembled into three parts. The idea is to use your treadmill machine at the moment and then store it in your closet or under your bed. After several testing, I made some 3D prototypes, one on the Tinkercad website, and the other one on Sketchfab. Imagine having this incredible product in your home, enjoy it and store it anywhere. Let us check out some photos and video of this incredible design.
