The person that I chose was my significant other, Michael, who does set construction for movies. Everyday he goes to work and I clean the whole house and organize all his things, then he comes home and throws down all his keys, and tools, and nails, and knives on the table scattered everywhere so I have to clean it all back up again, placing them in the places they normally go. Then in the morning, he cannot seem to find his keys, wallet, or the right tools. He gets very frustrated and impatient when he can’t find something, then asks me a hundred questions on where everything is. This is frustrating for both me and him.
I designed this holder to be stuck on the wall right inside the door. There are multiple compartments of different sizes to fit different tools and wallet, hooks on the front for keys and other hanging items, as well as small compartments on the side to store change or other items. Since this item will be stuck to the wall, it will be a reminder to him to empty his pockets as soon as he gets in the house, this way they will be easily findable the next morning when he’s in a rush to go.
