Empanadas at Baruch!
Viva La Vida, was the first party of the semester Undergrad Student Government launched in the multipurpose room, uniting with the Latino Heritage Month committee. The night was packed with students, and filled with latino music, dancing, and FOOD. Lots of lots of traditional empanadas were served to represent spanish culture. Each empanada served either had cheese, meat or vegetables to attract any hungry student coming in. It was the main dish for the night and it turned out to be a great event for Baruch students to start out with. The empanadas began to finish about an hour or two into the party, students then continued their night dancing and enjoying latino music.
