Simply set your goals and pick a workout plan that fits your goals. These workouts are gender friendly so don’t be intimidated and get out thereĀ and crush your goals.
Please keep in mind that all of these workouts require some form of warming up, to find suggested warm-ups head over to my warm-up page in the menu above.
