Meet Erik

Erik has 4 years of weightlifting experience and has been studying weightlifting for about 6 years. In 2015, Erik was 5’10” and weighed about 155 lbs. He set himself a goal to build strength, muscle, and size. Specifically, he wanted to gain 20 lbs and feel comfortable in his own skin. Now in 2018, Erik weighs 178 lbs and trains 4-5 times a week. He attributes his fitness success to continue trying new programs and researching techniques and strategies for achieving his goals.

Erik played 2 years of Division III soccer for Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. After breaking his foot he decided to switch universities and focus on business. Currently, Erik is on the path to graduate from Baruch College with a BBA in Entrepreneurship in the Spring of 2018. His main passions are weightlifting, playing soccer, reading books, and learning about living a well-rounded life.
