Last Week

Hi Everyone,

I did run into some major printing problems this week. Unfortunately I won’t have a professionally printed magazine to show you all, which I’m pretty bummed about. But I will be making a nice mockup of the magazine and it should give you a pretty good idea of what the magazine would look like. I think I’ve  accomplished everything I set out to do in my proposal (minus the professionally printed part). My magazine is longer than I initially thought it would be (the final count is 48 pages). Here (5.11 magazine) is the magazine that I originally started with at the beginning of the semester. And this ( part a part b) is my final magazine. I think its a vast improvement not only in design but I also spent a great deal of time thinking about the functionality of the magazine and how it would fit into the industry and I hope that shows.
