Effective Text Use

These two slides negotiate information that must predominantly be expressed through text. In the Vision and Mission slide, sentence structure is consistent and language is concise. In the Our Philosophy slide, color coding is used strategically to draw audience attention to the most important words. Text size is varied only to emphasize the company’s name. The text box, bolding, and underlining highlights the slide’s takeaway. These slides show that even with text-heavy slides, you can strategically prioritize information.

In a slide with minimal text, the slide title is used to great effect, making a clear and concise claim that the below graph substantiates. The graph’s title and captions are precise and legible.
