Faculty Development

Teaching can be hard. Doing it to ensure students have lasting, meaningful encounters with your discipline while developing as communicators can be even harder. To support Baruch faculty and to have the greatest possible impact on communication-intensive teaching and learning, faculty development is at the core of what we do.

Our faculty development programming takes three primary forms:

  • We develop and facilitate Faculty Development Seminars
  • We host an annual Symposium on Communication-intensive Teaching and Learning
  • We strategically underwrite faculty development programming developed and facilitated by faculty themselves

If you have any questions about communication-intensive teaching and learning, please be in touch! We are always happy to meet and discuss any aspect of your teaching.
