When thinking of something new and innovative I thought of creating a backpack perfect for camping. I love being out in nature and one issue I always had camping was carrying too many items. While I love nature I disliked having to carry a water filter, tent, food, and supplies. The biggest problem I have while camping is outdoor water filters because they are way too expensive and only last one trip. This is why I decided to create a backpack that solves the pain of having to carry many items by designing a sleek, comfortable and functional backpack with an integrated water filter.

This backpack utilizes the filter integrated on the back that simply works with gravity. Unlike other water filters, there is no tedious pumping or squeezing required. No need to hang bags on the three and wait for hours this backpack lets gravity do the magic as you walk the water filters. It goes from the top pocket where you insert the water, and it filters through to the bottom where it is stored and kept cool.

It also allows the user to wear and drink at the same time which is very convenient for me because I enjoy going on long hikes and don’t like carrying many things on my hands. This backpack is perfect for me on my camping and hiking trips and I will be creating the real model utilizing these filters and opening holes on my backpack.
