General Instructions

1. WRITE YOUR NAME IN THE SPACE PROVIDED in the exam document.
2. All questions are mandatory and should be completed within the allotted time.
3. SAVE your files frequently. Any loss of files due to a computer/application crash is your responsibility.
4. This is an open book, open notes, open internet exam. However, you are not allowed to open your email or any chat windows. No communication with anyone else is permitted.
5. You are allowed to use ONLY the lab computers. You CANNOT use your own computers.
6. You are not allowed to use your mobile phones during the exam.
7. You should arrive on time for the exam. I reserve the right to deny permission to those who arrive late. 

Submission Instructions

1. You are expected to submit this MS Word document – Name this document as <YourFirst Name_Your Last Name.doc>
2. All submissions must be made through the Assignments section in blackboard. The exam document is to be submitted through the ‘Final Exam’ link under Assignments section.
