During this past Monday i was impacted by the 3D printer by Makerbot that thanks to this class and the professor efforts, we were the first CUNY University, which were able to experience the next big thing! of the 3D printing technology.
I do consider that this type of printer will revolutionize the printing system of not only black and white nor color prints, in a simple blank paper of 8×11″. It will change to the point of “everything you imagine, you are able to make it your own, at the convenience of your home “ like a toasting a slide of bread instantly!
It will make much easier to people to create stuff with the unique requirement of a computer (Mac or Windows), and just click in the “replicator G” (replicator software), and VOILA! ready to go! your creation is done!.
The replicator, will specially advantage to students in the architecture, design and engineering field, by saving them money for the purchase of expensive objects of their projects*(1) , but it is available to everyone whom can afford it.
I currently can’t afford one of this Makerbot 3D printer, However, i do think the possibility of having one in the future, since I like to create things in my own, and when i was a kid i was a fan of LEGO.
Although, if I could have one now, I could see my self back reviving those moments and exiting feeling of creating stuff that I can imagine, and show to the people the outcome of my weird creativity, and what a satisfactory sensation is that! wow i just can’t wait to have one

*(1) you do not need to be in the Architecture engineering or design field, in order to create stuff, you just need a Computer, Creativity, and the printing material of the replicator and done!
