Living in a society/culture where we have  a lot of social tools,  it gives us the opportunity to stay in connect with our family and peers. I feel that not all of us use these tools  to their full potential and some choose to completely avoid them. Which can be either good or bad. You can avoid interacting with people you don’t like, seeing unimportant information about people’s life or being spammed by game requests.  But if you use it in a useful way you can know about the current events happening here or somewhere else.  I don’t use all the social tools out there but when I do have a reason to (using twitter for class), I haven’t tweeted because I find it confusing :-/

Oh boy, here we go again. It is that weird feeling of ending a semester: one that was engaging and created opportunities for us to apply our own thinking and today I can safely conclude that the title I chose for my blog at the beginning of the semester holds true as I was actually able to apply the knowledge first hand from what I learnt throughout the semester. The meme I used was Imminent Ned because I’m a big Game of Thrones fan.

Also I referenced ‘the bad memes” because Professor Gershovich asked multiple times in the class how many people have never heard of of memes before the class. I think it fits because anyone anywhere can make memes, although they might not follow the correct way to use the meme, for example, using success kid wrongly. But that’s the beauty of memes the amateur memes can be as great as one made by professionals (if there are such things).
