One powerful message that Martin Luther King Jr. convey to the audience is that no matter what skin color a person has, it does not make them less of a person. What makes Martin Luther King Jr. speech powerful is that way he was able to connect to other people on a more personal level. The tone in Martin Luther King Jr. voice would set the mood and bring the passion out in the speech. When Martin Luther King Jr. started the speech it was moving at a slow pace. As Martin Luther King Jr. was drawing more and more people into the speech, the pace of the speech and voice would get more fast and louder as if he was speaking at the bottom of his heart.
