New Italian Cultural Center Represents Philanthropic Legacy

David Anthony Pope made his great-grandfather’s dream a reality when the Westchester Italian Cultural Center was opened. Pope wanted to make this dream a reality in order to keep his Italian heritage alive. This building will host speakers, screenings and performances with the Italian culture in mind. The walls will be filled with Italian art and artifacts. Of course, the kitchen was done to the highest expectations because an Italian cultural center is nothing with out one. This kitchen will house pizza-making workshops and food-and-wine pairing demonstrations. this center also has a private dining room available for private parties and a wine cellar home of vintages from 20 regions of Italy. Pope hopes that this center will carry on his families heritage and be an excellent example of Italian Culture in America.
