My revision feedback required a tweak in the introduction section. My introduction section had not stated the purpose of my easy nor had it defined a clear thesis statement. The revision comments guided me in developing a good introduction by exposing me to the elements of a good introduction. In addition to harnessing my knowledge in developing a good introduction, the comments also helped me restructure my thesis to ensure it tied all arguments presented in the discussion. My revision will take the same format as my draft. I am not conversant in making podcasts and videos. I thus fear changing the format will make my draft worse. Changing my introduction section will improve the readability of my essay since the introduction serves a critical role in preparing readers on what to expect from a text. The introduction section in my two essays needs restructuring. I will thus add information about the purpose and objective of my discussions. Additionally, I will restructure my thesis statement to ensure it summarizes the entire essay. Lastly, I will ensure I have provided the author’s background before quoting the author in-text citations. The revision will consume me about two hours for each paper.
