When first entering the room to anime club, I felt out of place. Not just because I had no clue who most of these people were, but because I barely watch anime myself. However, the people in the club were very friendly and welcoming. They created a very inviting atmosphere, and even though I was around unfamiliar faces I felt comfortable where I was.
They were having a competition to see which group knew the most about anime. Of course I didn’t participate all that much, but it was still a good time. Watching groups give ridiculous answers and indulging in chips and soda made it a very joyful experience. I will most likely be at their next event, and I think you should be there too.
