Pseudo email to professor.

Hello Professor Soandso,

It is difficult to talk about my grade for the semester through email. That is why I ask of you to schedule an appointment with me, in order to discuss the matter. I have evidence to proof that I deserve a higher grade, and would like if we can go over it together.                                                                                                                                         I am available Monday-Wednesday from 9:00am to 12:00pm, and on Thursday and Fridays from 11:00am to 4:00pm. I ask that you make the appointment, at your most convenient time. If you are not available during this time, please let me know when you are, so I can reschedule my schedule.

    This e-mail is flawless; it’s very clear without, becoming too direct. You perfectly showed us how to show a professor that a particular class is important to you, and even more importantly that you are willing to take the extra mile to get a good grade.
