Hello friends and family! I hope you are having a happy almost Friday! 🙂 Since the big move, I am happy that things are starting to feel normal! ( whatever it means haha) again. I was looking through some recent workshops at Writing Center and I found one about close reading. I am from Poland (Europe) and English is my second language. So I am struggling with language everyday. I thought it would be a splendid opportunity to improve my text analyzing by attending this workshop. During activities I learned how to notice patterns and important ideas. When you are in doubt whether go or not to one of the workshops the answer is GO! Do not feel like it is wasting of time. It really helps!
