BCTC has fixed the problem with the library website being down.

Redesigned Site for the CUNY Office of Library Services
This week, CUNY OLS launched a new version of their pages on the CUNY website. Looks like they’ve cleaned up the navigation and updated lots of content.
Harvard Business Review and the Web of Science
Louise and I were wondering if Harvard Business Review is indexed in Web of Science. It turns out it is.
If you run a search for all articles in it in Web of Science, it yields close to 16,000 records. If you click the “View Journal Information” link in an article record, you’ll get this snapshot of HBR:
Factiva Access Is Working Again
The problems noted last night and this morning have been fixed.
A-Z Journal Search System Down for Planned Maintenance on October 29
On Saturday, October 29, between 12 pm and 7 pm, the Serials Solutions system that lets us look up e-journal access (the “Journals” search on the yellow search box) will be down for maintenance by the vendor.
Factiva Is Not Accessible [UPDATED]

I got off the phone with ProQuest tech support, who is looking into why we’re unable to get into Factiva (when you try, you get a login page from Factiva). ProQuest says they got a message from last night from Dow Jones indicating that there were Factiva problems, but it isn’t clear if those problems are causing our access issue.
I’ve added a note to the listing for Factiva in LibGuides system that indicates the database is temporarily inaccessible.
UPDATE: Factiva access is working again.
Statista Content Is Accessible Again
The problem reported earlier today regarding Statista content being inaccessible has been fixed.

We’re working with Statista to find out why you can’t see any charts or graphs for items you find in Statista. I’ve added a note next to the database listing indicating that the database is currently unavailable.
UPDATE: The problem has been fixed. All content we’re licensed to view is accessible again.
