You shouldn’t take the calories amount from menus in fast-food restaurants too seriously, because most of the fast-food restaurants are not so serious at putting the correct amount as well. Researchers found most of the fast-food have a higher actual calories amount than the stated amount. Some argues that government intervention is necessary if fast-food industry keep the practice of hidden calories. Although Food and Drug Administration labels the variation of calories amount to be acceptable within 20 percent of overage, most of the food are at the 18 or so percent margin, and who knows if “some restaurants are worse than the others.” Susan B.
