  1. Often times conflict at work places have led to low productivity due to uncooperative behaviors among staff. The most casual factor self interest seekers and scarce resources which lead to lobbying for some of the resource to do their work. This brews political conflict as individual or departments wants their share of the cake.

  2. I’ve taken Public and Nonprofit Management and I’m currently taking Public Personnel & HR Management. This topic certainly interests me. Without a doubt, conflict in the workplace is a prevailing issue and this is a great memo summarizing the causes. I believe one of the overarching reasons for conflicts can derived from, frankly, diversity–which also benefits the workplace at the same time. Conflict resolution is important in organizational performance. It is definitely most effective when diversity management is coupled with support from management and leaders, so that employees feel empowered in making decisions.

  3. Hello

You did a good job organizing your paper. I like that you put headings so it is easier for the reader to follow your ideas and to clearly know what is causing the problem, as well as the harms. Your topic is really good and i think that many people can relate to it. I believe that almost everyone has suffer from conflict in the workplace. This can not only affect the one person but the entire team. I like that at the end you summarized everything and specially the reference that you use in the memo backing up your facts.
