There is ample evidence that the current system puts large amount of financial burden on people and how the country’s health expenditures continue to rise. I appreciate the definition of single-payer health system but it would make more sense if you provide projections on the cost to implement such plan and how this plan will cut the healthcare spending in a span of a year. I am curious on what policy recommendations would be needed to sustain a single-payer system in a state and how it can be applied on other states.
