This might sound repetitive but I also been thinking just like everyone else, how is it possible to make an argument out of a poem/ video. I have a great idea but not great enough I think. When we spoke about this I was extremely confuse when I heard about this. However professor kaufman showed us different videos and then explained the poem they had used. I got the point after that.
I have a great idea on how I want to use this but don’t know how it can relate to me poem and how I can make an argument out of this that is my major concern. THESIS is a extremely scary word to me. It’s like a challenge that I cant same to over come. I want to use this specific poem cause I has this video in my mind that will work perfect. But how exactly to make a argument?.
But, what is the idea you have? What do you want to make (in an ideal world when there is no such thing as a thesis statement…)?
I want to speak about like , women suffrage. Like the author Lourde , she is an ideal of a strong woman. I have it all in my mind just dont know how to put it in images.
