Greenpoint Chamber of Commerce (although ‘Greenpoint’ is in the title, this chamber actually covers Greenpoint, Williamsburg, East Williamsburg, Bushwick and Bed-Stuy) – Our mission is to unite and advocate for the varied businesses of North Brooklyn around the shared goal of improving the community’s commercial landscape and stimulating the local economy. The Greenpoint Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to supporting local businesses by providing a platform to network, address issues of mutual convern and to market their products and services, leading to increased business for all members.
EWVIDCO – Comprehensive resource for North Brooklyn industrial businesses with information on tax credits & incentives, empire zones, green initiatives, networking and more business services.
Open Space Alliance for North Brooklyn (OSA) – an organization dedicated to raising private funds to expand and improve open space in North Brooklyn.
Neighbors Allied for Good Growth (NAG) – Neighbors Allied for Good Growth (formerly Neighbors Against Garbage) developed out of our neighborhood’s desire to recapture its waterfront, reduce local environmental hazards, and advocate for public policies promoting healthy mixed-use communities. Waterfront Association for Parks & Planning (GWAPP) – The Greenpoint Waterfront Association for Parks and Planning (GWAPP) is a community organization dedicated to education and outreach on issues affecting the environment, waterfront and neighborhoods of North Brooklyn.
Newtown Creek Alliance – The Newtown Creek Alliance is a community-based organization dedicated to restoring, revealing and revitalizing Newtown Creek.
Town Square – a volunteer community-based organization in Greenpoint and Williamsburg dedicated to building community through activities based in creativity, imagination, learning and collaborating.
North Brooklyn Community Group – A group for people living in and/or interested in goings-on in Greenpoint and Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Northwest Bushwick Community – North West Bushwick is an inclusive Community Group advocating, communicating, educating, organizing, and acting around local Bushwick needs.
Bushwick General Assembly – A community organization dedicated to the enrichment and preservation of Bushwick.

Friends and Families of McCarren Park – This group was created with the sole purpose of bringing people in the community together in support of a clean, safe park; a park free of public urination and rotting garbage. If you love McCarren Park and only want to see it get better, please join!
St. Nicks Alliance – An organization keeping North Brooklyn sustainable by providing services to low and moderate-income residents in housing, healthcare, workforce and economic development, and youth and education.
Churches United for Fair Housing – An organization working towards creating sustainability by responding to housing, open space, education, health and economic development needs in and near North Brooklyn.
Los Sures – A community-based organization integral to rebuilding the South Side of Williamsburg for over 40 years through rehabilitation of buildings, beautification, and providing a senior center and a food pantry.
Make the Road By Walking (MRNY) – Latino-centric organization providing working class communities dignity and justice through organizaing, policy innovation, transformative education, and survival services.
