Possible historical document relating to binary

This link is a brief overview that ties in with the historic document I have chosen. Claims we have a secular government. It does so by claiming that those in government exercised different religions and were free to do so.  It uses the constitution as support for this claim.

The constitution reflects our founding fathers views of a secular government protecting the freedom of any belief or unbelief. The first amendment states congress may make no law respecting and establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise.
