The article that I chose talked about how English Premier League(EPL) went from mostly British talent to players that are from all over the world and hardly any British talent in BPL. This affects the English national team, they are barely qualifying for the world cup which is a tremendous event that takes place once in four years. England known for their ultimate fight for the trophy have not produced talent players the last 20 years. They are now trying to sign immigrants that lived in England for 5 years or more and making them play for England. There are contradictions when doing this move because the point of the wold cup is players playing for their own country and supporting their own people. Like we all know every team has their cycle meaning having a high peak and doing bad for a long time up until they get back to their feet. England are in the same cycle and they are trying to get back on their feet by making wrong decision that destroy Soccer as a whole
In conclusion FIFA is strictly prohibiting England to call players who play for british clubs in their national team.
