[In-person] Creative Writing Workshop: Getting Started

This workshop will take place in-person in the Newman Vertical Campus, Room 8-185

In this creative writing workshop, we will practice strategies for getting started, working through creative blocks, and generating new ideas. We’ll share our creative processes and use prompts to generate new work during the class. We’ll also talk about what might be holding us back—self-censorship, uncertainty about our ideas, worries about time or talent—and ways of moving past them. The workshop is open to all genres of writing, and any level of writing experience.
