Writing Through Stress (online)

When we ‘freewrite’—that is, when we write without stopping ourselves to edit, second-guess, or worry about form—we often surprise ourselves with ideas we did not know we had. This workshop will introduce strategies designed to help students work through mid-semester anxiety while connecting to more creative thinking.
