Follow the rules in the link for citing that particular kind of source that you are using in your paper.

Concise/Precise Writing and Eliminating Wordiness

In this blog post, I just would like to share interesting models of companies that are designed to be socially responsible. Lemonade is one of these companies. As we all know, the insurance industry suffers from a bad reputation due to accusations of deceit and bureaucracy. The insurance company lemonade tried to address these issues. I hope you will read about it to help you generate some ideas, especially if you are an actuarial science major and/or plan to go into the insurance business.

Good Money is another company. The financial sector has seen some controversial scandals over the years. Banks have received a great deal of criticism for their role in the 2008 financial crisis, for example. If you are a finance major, you should definitely check out how Good Money do business. Note that Good Money integrates social responsibility into their model and business practices.
