Supporting Student Mental Health

Thank you @Teresa Hurst for presenting to the group and providing insight on how we can support our students’ mental health.

I would encourage everyone who has not done the Kognito training to do so. Teresa included useful campus and local resources (Counseling Center services, CIT, crisis lines) for students, as well some resources to support staff.

Let’s work to reduce the stigma around mental health.
