Baruch Conversation Partners Program

Leadership Opportunities

Conversation Partners Program (CPP) is largely student-coordinated, so it offers many exciting opportunities to get involved on campus and gain valuable team and leadership experience. This is a great transferable skill for all future careers. The ability to work in a team, take initiative, and communicate well are all highly sought after skills by employers. A leadership position in the CPP can help you acquire these skills and articulate them to future internships and employers.
