hot pocket

ingredients:

-frozen hot pocket

Step 1: Open the freezer and take out a frozen hot pocket( I usually get the pepperoni and cheese one)

Step 2: Unwrap the hot pocket and put it in the air fryer

Step 3: Set the air fryer at 400 degrees and default timer for about 15 minutes

Step 4: Let it cook

Step 5: Take out the hot pocket once the timer reaches like about 8 minutes

Step 6: Put the hot pocket on a plate, then put it in the microwave

Step 7: Let it cook in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes (just in case its still frozen)

Step 8: Take it out and eat it.

I would say that hot pockets are nostalgic for me, only because I eat it all the time. I usually just heat up a hot pocket if no one has cooked at home already or if I’m home alone and I’m hungry, or if I just don’t want to eat whatever food was made.

  1. Hi Ari, I like how your recipe is simple yet important and nostalgic for you. I understand how sometimes the simplest dishes can be the best ones, like, for example, instant soup; even though you just have to add water, it’s still something important, as, like you said, when no one has cooked at home, it is a great solution. I wonder if you have any other special dishes that you like to eat that you would like to learn how to make. As someone who doesn’t really know much about cooking, this type of dish is great as it is fast to make so that I can have more time to do other things while also having something to eat without the necessity of waiting for someone else or researching for other complicated recipes.

  2. I love this premise: prepared foods. Clever.

I would have loved to learn more about your connection to this, or heard more of your voice. Expand this entry.
