Summary
The podcast that I listened to was a interesting one called Hot tips. The podcast was about the idea of tips and why it is important and necessary that a lot of restaurants ask for tips for workers . the idea of tips make these worker's get a form of payment and income which can change lifes for these workers. Also it shows appertain to these workers . The main take away is starting to understand and feel bad for not leaving lot of tips for these workers it change my idea and thoughts of tips being a annoyance to something that is important and nice. The question I have is can these tips help be use to increase the quality of certain areas.
