- In Hengel’s method, you make your observations of your text while developing a claim or argument. In this class, we did exhaustive documentation before taking time to reflect on our text and develop a claim. How could this help with creating a claim or argument? How could it make doing so harder?
At first, I would like to say that the exhaustive document helped me familiarize myself with some strategies for the analysis project. At first, I didn’t know how to analyze a topic. I could analyze a little bit but the strategies that I have learned in exhaustive documents were really helped me to understand how can I analyze more about the topic. In Hengel’s method, states how to pose inquiries about your text and really be interested. As a result, we can promptly pull out plans to reinforce our contentions. On the other hand, the Exhaustive document mentioned some points of a topic that we can analyze deeply. For example Strand, Repetition, and Binary.
2. How would Abdurraqib answer Hengel’s questions about his subjects (Carly Rae Jepsen and Future)? “What do you see? What do you make of it? Why does it matter?” Cite evidence from the text. 4-5 sentences each.
The document Abdurraqib talks about how “future, in a year watched a woman he loved leave him with their child” (272) It basically answer the question about page 24, “What do you see?”Here Abdurraqid discusses the collection, clarifies that it appears as though the future is coming towards a breakdown, and this matters since it shows that shock is certifiably not a solitary second and it could totally assume control over somebody’s life and associates that to his own insight.
