As you walk down the hallway to my room, and open the door, you will notice that there is a large stack of 15-20 shoe boxes on top of one of my dressers. Many people may ask, why do you have so many shoes? When you look at the stack, you may notice that many of the boxes are the same. This is because I am a reseller and I buy and sell lots of shoes. If I buy them on release date, and hold them for a couple of months, then I will probably make around $100+ per shoe.
As a young adult this definitely serves as a good investment for me, as it takes little to no work at all. All It really is, is buying something and letting it sit in your room for a couple of months while the value goes up. The stack of shoes means so much in my room because it is sort of like a decoration to me. It has become a part of my room. The colors of the boxes will change depending on what shoes I have up there. So when I end up selling all of the shoes that are there, they will be replaced with different boxes once I get more, and the cycle just keeps going. I find myself just glancing at the boxes at random times, and it helps keep me motivated to go on with my day.
